How it works

Three steps. Done in minutes.

No accounts to create. No phone calls. No paperwork. We do the form-filling so you can get back to planning your trek.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your trek

Pick your permit (ACAP, MCAP or GCAP), enter your details and dates, and upload a selfie. Three minutes, one form.

  2. 02

    Pay in your currency

Stripe handles the checkout in USD, EUR, GBP or AUD. Permit cost and our service fee are itemised — no hidden markup.

  3. 03

    Permit in your inbox

We submit your application to NTNC. Your QR-coded PDF arrives by email within 24 hours, usually faster. Show it at the checkpoint.

What you receive

The official NTNC permit. Nothing fancier, nothing less.

A PDF emailed straight from the National Trust for Nature Conservation — the same office you'd queue at in Pokhara. Your name, your photo, a QR code the checkpost scans on your phone. Done.

  • Issued directly by NTNC — same permit, same QR, same paperwork.
  • QR scanned at the checkpoint — no need to print.
  • 13% VAT and gateway fees already included in our quoted price.

Why us

The Nepal trekking industry isn't built for solo trekkers.

It's built for package tours and the offices that sell them. If you've done the research, read the trip reports, and just want the permit — we built this for you.

No guide required
For ACAP, MCAP and GCAP, independent trekkers don't legally need a guide. TIMS is for guided trekkers only. We won't pretend otherwise to sell you something extra.
Honest pricing
Permit cost shown at the live exchange rate. Service fee shown separately. No hidden agency markup of 200% on top.
Cheaper than the checkpoint
Permits bought at the entry checkpost cost double. Get yours sorted before you fly into Pokhara — same price as buying online direct, plus our small service fee.
Run from Kathmandu
We're based here. We've walked these trails ourselves. We know what NTNC needs on the form and what they don't.

FAQ

The honest answers.

The questions trekkers actually ask — answered straight, without the upsell.

Do I really not need a guide for Annapurna?

Correct — for ACAP, an independent trekker can legally trek without a guide. The "guide is mandatory" rule that comes up in news articles applies only to certain restricted regions and to trekkers who hire one. Thousands of trekkers do ABC, Mardi Himal and Poon Hill solo every year.

Do I need a TIMS card?

No — TIMS is only required if you trek with a registered guide. If you're going independently, the conservation permit (ACAP / MCAP / GCAP) is all you need.

Is this the official permit?

Yes. The PDF you receive is issued directly by NTNC (the National Trust for Nature Conservation) — the same office you'd apply at in person. We just fill the form on your behalf.

How is the permit delivered?

A PDF with a QR code, by email. You don't need to print it — just show the QR on your phone at the entry checkpoint and they'll scan it.

What if I cancel or my dates change?

Cancel before we submit and you get a full refund minus payment processing. Once the permit is issued by NTNC, it's non-refundable — that's an NTNC rule, not ours. Date changes before submission are free.

What does your service fee actually cover?

A clean English-language checkout in your own currency, a single itemised receipt for your expenses, accurate form-filling by someone who has actually done these treks, and a real person in Kathmandu you can email if your dates change, your photo gets flagged, or anything else goes sideways. We carry the headache so you don't.
